Assessments and Asymmetries

An evidence-based exploration of what the literature says regarding the efficacy of various assessment protocols and whether asymmetries are a pre-disposition to pain. Let's look at how to apply the social model in a medical setting.

Students will learn how to:

Evaluate the literature on assessments, asymmetries, and injuries to construct an assessment process that is insightful, informative, and encouraging
Analyze the structure of your assessments and determine whether the information that you gather is important and influential for program design
Conduct assessments and initial sessions that are empowering
